《中式英语》

《中式英语》讲述了一个美国白人商人为了家族产业而漂洋过海来到中国，他迫切地想要谈成一比肥单，结果却发现自己不懂的门道实在多了去了。在把汉字标语翻译成英文的过程中，常常出现一种独特而又好笑的“新语种”，人们把它称为“中式英语”。在中美双语交流过程中，无论哪一方都不完全是自己装出的样子，《中式英语》一剧正是探索了这种不断变化发展的中美关系。

《中式英语》于2011年在芝加哥古德曼剧院首演，导演为蕾·施尔弗曼。在该市，它获得了杰斐逊奖的最佳新作奖。同年秋，该剧在百老汇首演，获得了2012年纽约戏剧委员会奖最佳话剧提名。
